The Fine Arts Educator Coaching Clinic Podcast and Website are a means to provide Fine Arts Educators with meaningful, effective teaching strategies and support.

The ideas, strategies, and information presented are not a one-size-fits-all solution to every fine arts program, nor are they guaranteed to be a solution for every district, campus, or fine arts educator.

We welcome the diverse multitudes of perspectives.  Our mission is to facilitate teacher growth and evolution in fine arts education.

Fine Arts Educator Coaching Clinics is an anti-racist, non-discriminatory, inclusive publication.  This site exists to serve all teachers as they determine how best to teach fine arts to all students.

About the Host

Eric Sanford is an educator of over 15 years, teaching instrumental music education grades 5-12, and also serves as an instructional coach that specializes in fine arts education.

For many years Eric has searched for ways to be more inclusive of students, finding multiple solutions to the teaching process, and promoting the student experience.

The same method does not work in every scenario, so why do we continue to teach like it does?  Just because it's been the way for 50+ years does not mean it is relevant or the best method.
